I...Nice one, Alan. Good choice of karaoke song. :)

I had a haiku published in Mainichi a couple of years ago but I don't know which one it was-should have kept a record. :( Seaviewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13564797172487638019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23731901.post-53808822884033095692014-05-06T17:45:56.194+01:002014-05-06T17:45:56.194+01:00Thanks Sara! :-)

All this before getting to Tokyo with Haijinx co-editor Carmen Sterba. :-)

And singing karaoke for the first time in my life. My singing voice isn't great so I choose a Sex Pistols song.

But yes, just being excited about buying a Japanese newspaper in Tokyo was one thing, but finding my haiku there too just blew me away.

warmest regards,
AlanArea 17https://www.blogger.com/profile/07472190637554124160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23731901.post-90510433705446620462014-05-06T17:39:22.231+01:002014-05-06T17:39:22.231+01:00I should think you felt at home.
